What happened?

To support our ongoing growth and position QLESS to be stronger than ever before, we made the strategic decision to use a Chapter 11 reorganization as a powerful tool to improve the company.  

Making this choice enables us to attract investors, secure future financing, and raise immediate capital. Just after announcing the reorganization, we received $3M in new financing.

Where are you in the process?

On September 16, 2024, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court fully approved and confirmed our reorganization plan. As of  September 18, 2024, our reorganization case has concluded successfully and we have exited bankruptcy.

As always, there are zero impediments to our delivery of best-in-class service to our customers.

What does the future of the business look like?
The future looks better than ever for QLESS. This is in part due to our decision to pursue such a strategic form of realignment. By using the reorganization as a resource, we’ve been able to drive growth like never before.

Is QLESS up-to-date on its taxes?
QLESS is up-to-date on all taxes, federal and state. It’s true, we once fell victim to an IRS filing error, but we’re all happy the 2018 error was cleaned up that same year.
Will there be any service interruptions?
Absolutely ZERO. And you can look forward to better service than ever before with our steady 99.99+% uptime on our new product, Tempo, and our ever-growing customer success and support teams.
How is this going to affect my contract?
Contracts and quoted prices are unaffected by the filing. We’ll continue providing the same great product and service as always. As usual, you can expect to hear from your dedicated CSM about your annual renewal as the date approaches. 
How does this affect the product road map?
It’s even better. Choosing to strategically reorganize helped us expand our Client Success and Support teams, which enabled us to take a look at our roadmap planning and re-center what’s most important to our clients.
